I stumbled across this site by accident. Just by going to the site you get a randomly generated email account that remains in service for 10 minutes. Usually that is more than enough time to register the address and get the confirmation. Once that is done, 10MinuteMail simple deletes the account! If by some chance you require more time. Not a problem. Click the "I need more time! Give me 10 more minutes!" and you get 10 minutes more. How cool is that!!!
